Notice of AGM – 6 July 2024

Notice is hereby given that the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Aviation Heritage UK will be held at the Royal Air Force Museum, Grahame Park Way, Hendon, London NW9 5LL on Saturday 6^th July 2024 at 1:45pm (or immediately following the closure of the preceding EGM, whichever is the later) to conduct the following items of business:

1. To approve the minutes of the AGM held at the Dumfries & Galloway Aviation Museum on Saturday 22^nd July 2023
2. To receive and approve the Annual Report for 2023
3. To receive and approve the Financial Accounts for 2023
4. To conduct elections for the Executive Committee for 2024-25:
   • Existing members Ed Sharman and Julian Temple are due to retire by rotation and offer themselves for re-election;
   • Stefanie Vincent is due to retire by rotation and does not offer herself for re-election;
   • Barry Love was co-opted in 2023 and offers himself for confirmation by election;
   • Ann Watson was co-opted to the position of Secretary in 2024, and offers herself for confirmation by election;
   • Any other person wishing to offer themselves for election to the Exec must submit a nomination in writing to the Secretary at secretary@aviationheritageuk.org no later than Midnight on Friday 28^th June 2024.
5. Any Other Business: any substantive items of Any Other Business requiring a decision of the AGM should be submitted in writing to the Secretary at secretary@aviationheritageUK.org no later than Midnight on Friday 28^th June 2024
