Notice is hereby given that the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Aviation Heritage UK will be held in the Westminster Lecture Theatre at the Farnborough College of Technology, Boundary Rd, Farnborough GU14 6SB on Saturday 5th July 2025 at 10am to conduct the following items of business:
1. To approve the minutes of the AGM held at the Royal Air Force Museum on Saturday 6th July 2024
2. To receive and approve the Annual Report for 2024
3. To receive and approve the Financial Accounts for 2024
4. To conduct elections for the Executive Committee for 2025-26:
a. Existing members Allan Winn, Peter Davison and David Bradley are due to retire by rotation and offer themselves for re-election;
b. David Charles was co-opted in 2025 and offers himself for confirmation by election;
c. Any other person wishing to offer themselves for election to the Exec must submit a nomination in writing to the Secretary at secretary@aviationheritageuk.org no later than Midnight on Friday 27th June 2025.
5. Any Other Business: any substantive items of Any Other Business requiring a decision of the AGM should be submitted in writing to the Secretary at secretary@aviationheritageuk.org no later than Midnight on Friday 27th June 2025
